This website at aromis.ae is operated by Aromis International FZCO ("Aromis", "we", "us", "our"), a Free Zone Company registered with the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones (DIEZ) in the Dubai Airport Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, under Commercial Licence No. 1808. By accessing or using this website you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Definitions

• Services means our food origination, commercialisation, trading and related activities.
• You means any person accessing the website or contacting us through it.

You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, without prejudice to any mandatory free-zone dispute-resolution provisions that apply.

15. Changes and general terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published here is the one that applies to your use of the website. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Aromis regarding the website. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it.
